At CoGenerics, we deliver licensed generic medicines to customers worldwide through verified suppliers and fulfilment partners based in India. Our priority is safe, discreet, and timely delivery.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Dispatch is made directly from our verified partner facilities in India. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK & Europe:7–14 working days
  • North America:10–20 working days
  • Asia-Pacific & Middle East:10–21 working days
  • Africa & South America:14–28 working days

These are estimated timelines; customs delays and local courier issues may affect delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. CoGenerics cannot influence or predict these fees.

Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, with no mention of contents or brand names.

Tracking & Notifications

Once dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. In the case of tracking delays or non-updates, please allow 3–5 additional working days before contacting support.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact our support team for resolution. We will investigate with our logistics partners and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
